      We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed) Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks weeks due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstance. Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's availability from our manufacturers
      We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.

     If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail for current shipping times for particular products and locations. In most cases, our standard delivery time is 5-10 business days upon the order placement. If there is a need for a Rush Delivery, please Contact Us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

    Shipping and Handling charges are based on merchandise totals BEFORE any discounts. If the order is under 3 lbs. we will ship via FEDEX Ground, if it is above 3 lbs. the order will be shipped via UPS Ground.

RETURNS POLICY

     Have confidence in ordering with Aardwaybags.com, if you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the product(s) ordered less shipping costs. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us immediately for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. 

Returns to BoomBags:

     For BoomBags exchanges must be made within 15 days of invoice date on unused items, which include hang tags and the original product carton. You must first call or email us to receive a Return Authorization Number at 650-219-3583 or wvelasquez@sbhsi.com. No packages will be accepted without the Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the outside of the package. In your package, please include a daytime telephone number and a brief explanation of the problem. Once a refund is approved, a refund of the amount of the original purchase price of the product will be made in the same payment method excluding the shipping/handling costs. Exchanges must be made within 15 days of invoice. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the exchange. Any price difference in product exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.
 

Damage or Other Discrepancy:

     Please open boxes immediately! If there is a discrepancy with your order, you must report it to our office within 3 days of delivery. If your merchandise is damaged during shipping, please keep the damaged carton and call Aardwaybags.com immediately at 650-219-3583. A claim for lost or damaged merchandise must be filed with the shipping company within 7 days of delivery.

WARRANTIES

 All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by WHV VENTURES, INC. Aardwaybags.com is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Aardwaybags.com at no charge.
